Top gun would not move up or down
Symptoms:
The top gun wouldn't come up or down.
Diagnosis:
The sensors work properly and show up in the input menu. They were able to freely move the top gun up and down. I had them swap solenoids and the top gun would move up and down through the output menu. At this point the machine wouldn't pick up any stones. They had a vacuum reading in the mid 60's. I walked them through clearing that clog. At this point stones were placing on their sides. We checked the vacuum on the lower gun assembly and it was also high. I walked them through using system air to unclog the bottom gun nozzle. After this the machine was still laying stones on the side.
Treatment:
They have not been cleaning the spin gun assembly. I walked them through this and also sent them documents on adjusting the flow control. At this point the machine was running fine. They will call us back if they have any other issues.
